Fluid Pay, LLC. Mourns the Loss of Darcie Ragona

On Saturday, May 15th Fluid Pay suffered a tremendous loss when Darcie Ragona lost her battle with cancer. Darcie has worked with our CEO, Ted Cucci for over 20+ years as a top tier technical integration manager. Darcie was even Ted's first support hire during his tenure at NMI as COO & Founding Partner. When Darcie was made aware of a new gateway Ted, Nick, and Jeff were opening, she was immediately by our side from Day 1. Darcie has taken on a more technical role over the last four years at Fluid Pay and absolutely loved what she did. In her career she worked with passion, integrity, and endless energy. Anyone who knew Darcie personally or through work knows they will miss a highly intelligent, vibrant individual, with an awesome personality. She took on many roles over the years and one of those was an office mom for everyone at Fluid Pay.

Legacy is a term today that tends to be overused and seems that everyone and everything has to have one but with Darcie, it's true. She had left behind a very real legacy which will affect the way we do things at Fluid Pay, LLC. for a very long time to come. When all is said and done, however much you like your work, it's the people that you meet that really matter and colleagues like Darcie are something very special we hold close to our hearts. You don't come across people like Darcie often and when you do, they leave a lasting impression. We are really going to miss Darcie, she was part of our family and much much more than a colleague.

We will be implementing new WatchDog rules that Darcie had a hand in creating shortly as well. These new fraud rules will forever be called the “Ragona Rules”. Rest easy Darcie. Our condolences to Darcie's Family/Friends and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing this wonderful woman.
