Franklin, TN – May 15th, 2022 - Fluid Pay, LLC. has launched support on TSYS for Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Fluid Pay also is currently the only gateway to support HSA – Card Not Present.
What is IVR? IVR stands Interactive Voice Recognition. IVR is an automated phone system technology that allows incoming callers to access information via a voice response system of pre-recorded messages without having to speak to an agent. Users can also utilize options via the keypad.

- Enables multiple payment methods such as credit/debit cards, and online banking.
- Does not need internet connectivity. Process can be completed simply by following voice prompts and instructions played by the IVR system.

The same HSA/FSA support extends across the rest of the gateway too — from the Virtual Terminal for call-center merchants to hosted pay-now pages and recurring billing for subscription medical and pharmacy spend.
