Fluid Pay, LLC. a leader and pioneer in the payments space and 2022 top 10 payments company continues to grow and has hired retired Deputy Chief John Krueger to run the risk & security department.

Deputy Chief Krueger has served the residents of Bloomingdale, IL for the past 30 years. During his illustrious career he worked as: Patrol Officer, Detective, Sergeant, Watch Commander, and Deputy Chief in 2020.

Krueger will be responsible for performing annual risk assessments both internally and for our partners. He will also develop and manage forward-looking risk assessment roadmaps for both as well.

Krueger will also manage the industries ONLY fully cloud-based machine learning algorithm fraud suite called “Guardian”. Guardian is a very unique and distinctive fraud tool. It is designed to specifically target and alert partners to high-risk activity on their merchants. Guardian utilizes various methods/types of user behaviors to determine the true flow of a transaction from a landing page through processing.
